I was born in Twin Falls Idaho but graduated from Glenns Ferry High School. My wife, Melody, and I have 4 children and we live in Twin Falls.

Over the years I've worked in the restaurant and bar industry and I have more than 20 years of experience in the IT field. moving from a Desktop Tech to an IT Manager.

My experience in customer service, along with roles in process and financing, and managing locations and people across the companies I've worked for, has helped me build skills needed to be a successful Asset Manager and Property Manager.

I've personally invested in over 250 apartments across 6 investment groups, and I am the Asset Manager for 4 of those deals and Property Manager for 3.

I've been in Asset Management for 3 years, starting with BRRRs (Buy, Rehab, Rent, Refinance, Repeat). Later, I moved on to flips, then into apartment complexes.

I opened ROI Asset and Property Management in May 2022 to bring a customer service-driven property management experience to the Magic Valley.
